One of the most important jobs and the least acknowledged is that of a NSO (Non-Skating Official). They are the ones in the pink shirts sitting behind the computer, writing on the white board, standing in the middle of the track waving their arms back and forth, whistling the start and end of a jam, wrangling the penalties. It is a hectic job and someone has to help keep it all in order.

This is the guy for NRG. He is our Head NSO. He has been part of our league since its inception and is one of the few left to see how far we have come. He is Pinky Ry. Congratulations Ry, we appreciate everything you do to make us better.
